Assad to Abbas: Please stay away

Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas must be feeling a little isolated right now.

Syrian president Bashar al-Assad has asked him to delay a planned visit to Damascus, presumably because Assad wants to avoid being photographed with the newly-radioactive Abbas.

A coalition of Palestinian human rights groups is planning to march through the streets of Ramallah today, according to Al-Jazeera, to protest Abbas' decision to delay the Goldstone Report.
