Obama is scheduled to meet with Abbas and Netanyahu tomorrow, and all three sides are trying to lower expectations for the meeting. My favorite line comes from an unnamed U.S. official, who tells Al-Arabiya that "these three leaders are going to sit down in the same room and continue to narrow the gaps."
I'm beginning to wonder why the administration insisted on this 3-way meeting. It's going to be unproductive and widely panned by the regional media. Who benefits?
